The National Episcopal Historians and Archivists is a Corporation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is governed by a Board of Trustees who are elected by the Annual Meeting of Members for a term of three (3) years. Any individual or organization that expresses and holds an interest in the history of the Episcopal Church and pays the dues and fees is eligible for membership in the Corporation.
