​The National Episcopal Historians and Archivists is a Corporation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, governed by a Board of Trustees elected by an Annual Meeting of members to three (3) year terms. Expectations of Board members can be found here. Anyone with an interest in Episcopal Church history whose membership is current is eligible to serve.
